Creates, changes or withdraws the current user’s active estimation vote for a task.

account_id is the numeric organization identifier.
GET, POST. POST accepts parameters as application/x-www-form-urlencoded.

Despite its name, hours is measured in seconds: 3600 means one hour, 7200 means two hours. A value of 0 is rejected as missing.
The session user must belong to the task’s project. The vote is always submitted for the session user; there is no user_id input parameter.

Repeating the same request can withdraw the vote. After an uncertain request outcome, retrieve the votes before retrying.
The first user to submit an active vote starts the round and receives founder=1. Other participants receive founder=0.
When a new round starts after a finalized round:

The response contains all retained votes for the task, including previous rounds. After withdrawing the only vote, the array may be empty.
All identifiers and timestamps in examples are illustrative.
